It Starts with the Best Ingredients

When it comes to kombucha, our goal is to keep things simple and let nature work its magic. We start by brewing high-grade, fair-trade, organic tea in triple-filtered water, which is then sweetened with organic cane sugar to create our SCOBY’s favorite meal. After a few weeks of fine dining, our SCOBY pay the bill with beautifully fermented tea. We lightly filter the kombucha to remove any large bits of culture before thoughtfully blending distinct batches to create a balanced labyrinth of flavors. Finally, depending on the product, companion ingredients like fruits and herbs are added, and our kombucha is ready to be bottled, canned, kegged, and enjoyed!
